1.      Supervise and support the power plants in the O&M field, to improve the plant efficiency and equipment management

从运营及维护角度管理、支持电厂，以提高电厂运营效率和设备管理

2.      Conduct the technical investigation and evaluation for the specific technical assignments or issues

为指定技术问题进行技术调查、评估

3.      Identify the potential issue or risk in the O&M of power plant timely and provide advices or solution for improving

按时确认电厂运营维护方面的潜在问题并提供改善或解决方案

4.      Act as a drive force to promote operational excellence by enhancement of equipment, system  and people capacity  

从设备、系统及人员能力的提升等角度作为提升整体运营表现的主要动力

5.      Conduct other professional assignments by the Company

1.      Technical performance and equipment condition of power plant improved by own advice or findings

2.      Issues or problem on O&M are identified and raised on time.

3.      Complete the specific assignment with quality and provide effective comments or solution;

4.      Number of initiatives on the promoting operation excellence and results achieved

5.      Timely follow-up and shared on new and advanced technologies.
